Purchase Terms & Conditions
If a book or T-shirt is damaged during shipping, just email us a picture of the damaged book or T-shirt within 60 days of purchasing it with your order number and we will be happy to send you a new book or T-shirt at our expense.
If the T-shirt purchased is the wrong size, send us an email with the order number for the T-shirt and the correct size and we will send you the correct sized T-shirt.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the book(s) or T-Shirts you purchased within 60 days of purchasing your books, just send us an email with your order number information and we will reimburse you for the full amount of your purchase. You are free to keep the book(s) or T-shirt(s).

Any personal information provided by the customer for shipping our books as well as communicating with Ice Cream Publishing will be kept by Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C for its internal use only and will not be provided to any third parties. Ice Cream Publishing values the privacy of its customers and will not share any information collected by Ice Cream Publishing with any third parties.
All credit card and banking information used for purchasing Ice Cream Publishing books is processed by a third party and this information is not made available to Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C.
Ice Cream Publishing reserves the right to use its customers email addresses for the purposes of promoting its books as well as future books it publishes. It also will use its customers email addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of communicating with its customers in the event of billing and shipping issues.
