If unsatisfied with the book or books purchased, a full refund for the book or books sold and shipping charges will be provided to the purchaser if the following conditions are met.
The purchased book(s) are shipped back to Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C. within 30 days after their purchase in good condition and have not been seriously damaged. A book is considered in good condition if the following conditions are met:

No pages in the book have been creased or torn.

No pages in the book have been written on.

No pages in the book have suffered any kind of damage from water or liquid spills.

The book cover has not been written on, creased, bent or torn or suffered any kind of damage from water or liquid spills.
In addition to returning the book a copy of the invoice number and amount paid for the books must be provided.

Any personal information provided by the customer for shipping our books as well as communicating with Ice Cream Publishing will be kept by Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C for its internal use only and will not be provided to any third parties. Ice Cream Publishing values the privacy of its customers and will not share any information collected by Ice Cream Publishing with any third parties.
All credit card and banking information used for purchasing Ice Cream Publishing books is processed by a third party and this information is not made available to Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C.
Ice Cream Publishing reserves the right to use its customers email addresses for the purposes of promoting its books as well as future books it publishes. It also will use its customers email addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of communicating with its customers in the event of billing and shipping issues.
