Shipping Policy

Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C. currently only ships its books to the 50 states and territories of the United States using the U.S. Postal Service.

Currently there are 2 shipping options:

Standard Delivery using USPS Media Mail, shipping is free anywhere in the U.S. with a $3.00 handling charge. Delivery time is 2 to 8 business days.

USPS Priority Mail is a flat rate $12.00 shipping/handling charge. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Both shipping options are a flat rate so if you buy one book or 10 your shipping charge will be the same.

International Shipping is currently available on a special order basis.

Return & Exchange Policy

If a book is damaged during shipping, just email us a picture of the damaged book within 30 days of purchasing it with your order number and we will be happy to send you a new book at our expense.

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the book(s) you purchased within 30 days of purchasing your books, just send us an email with your order number information and a brief explanation of why you did not like our book(s), and we will reimburse you for the full amount of your purchase. You may also keep the book(s).
