Shipping Policy
Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C. currently only ships its books to the 50 states and territories of the United States using the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping to other countries and overseas is currently not available.
There are 2 shipping options Standard Delivery using USPS Media Mail in which the shipping charges are a lot less but delivery time can be 2 to 8 business days, or USPS Priority Mail which has higher shipping charges and the delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Both shipping options are a flat rate so if you buy one book or 10 your shipping charge will be the same.
Standard (media mail) Shipping Charges 2 to 8 business days: $ 5.00
Priority Shipping Charges 1 to 3 business days: $ 11.00
Return & Exchange Policy
If a book or books have been damaged in shipping to. Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C. will at its expense ship a new copy of the damaged book to the customer. This will be done with the following conditions:

The damaged book or books are shipped back to Ice Cream Publishing L.L.C. within 30 calendar days of its purchase and shipment to the customer’s address.

The customer provides with the returned books the order/invoice number and the amount paid.
The customer is only entitled to 1 replacement book for every book that has been damaged in shipping. If the customer is still unsatisfied, Ice Cream Publishing will provide a full refund to the customer for the damaged book, once it has received the damaged book back from the customer.
